A valid credit card or debit card is required to guarantee and pay for your Playtyme Gaming Suits or Truck.
NO REFUND in the event of reservation being canceled within 10 days of event date. Should your event
need to be postponed for reasons within 10 days of your event, Playtyme Gaming Suits will make every effort to reschedule your event for a $50 postponement fee. Should inclement weather be the reason for postponement, your event will be rescheduled with no fee to a date mutually agreed upon by the customer and Playtyme Gaming.

site and emails to make bookings with Playtyme Gaming as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.
Playtyme Gaming Suite is located inside a fully secured warehouse unit, so weather shouldn't be an issue, How ever we understand the challenges if having a successful event in horrible weather conditions. There may be occasions when the weather does not want to cooperate with
your scheduled party. In the event of severe weather (lightning, very high winds, flooding and/or extremely heavy rains,
at PTG you reserve the right to, reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff and equipment.
If the threat of these storms threatens your party and you are aware in advance (pending or anticipated snow storm,
tropical storm or hurricane) please contact to rescheduling.
Playtyme Gaming Suite and Playtyme Mobile Gaming does require a parent or responsible adult to be present inside or
just outside of the suite or trailer at all times. Guests 16 years and over require a parent or guardian to be
on property and within contact of the Game Coach should a need to contact them arise.
DAMAGE / INJURY
Playtyme Mobile Gaming or any of its employees will not be responsible for any damage to property
resulting from a request by the client to position the theater in a specific location. This includes both
above ground and below ground property/equipment damage. Additionally, PLaytyme Gaming Suites and Playtyme Mobile Gaming reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from the careless
or willful damage of same by client’s guests. Playtyme Gaming and its employees assume no
responsibility for any injuries sustained on the client’s property or their designated location. All liability
for damages or injuries is the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.
Playtyme Gaming does not allow any food or drinks into the video game area. Please have
your guests consume them in our designated lounge area.
USE OF VIRTUAL REALITY (VR):
Customer understands the VR can only be used by ages 9 and up (NO EXCEPTIONS) and that it may cause Virtual Reality / Motion sickness and or seizures. You understand the Gamers must remain seated while using the VR Headset and that the headset may only be handled by a game coach of Playtyme Gaming. You also acknowledge and understand that there may not be enough time for everyone to use VR. You agree to hold harmless Playtyme Gaming from any issues regarding the use of Virtual reality or any other systems while in the suite and agree to monitor the gamers after they use VR to ensure their safety. Any violation of our rules regarding VR will terminate it’s use at your party.
